Some Quick Facts About The School

TCS was started 40 years ago, by a group of parents who were committed to providing a quality Christ-centered education and one in which they were fully partnered. We are an interdenominational Christian school representing families from over thirty churches in the Barrie area.

Parental involvement, at all levels, is a vital element of the school's life. Parents are welcome in the school and their willing hands are always needed. We follow the Ontario curriculum but teach all of our courses from a Christian perspective and we utilize many program materials developed by Christian providers. We have an active physical education program, offer band instruction , use computers and have our own library. We provide an education from grades Junior Kindergarten to Eight. Plans to start the high school program are presently in the works.

The staff consists of fully certified teachers who are also committed in their Christian faith and to the philosophy of TCS.

Enrollment is open to families who are committed in their Christian walk and who desire an education in which Jesus Christ is placed "front and center." We welcome your inquiry and will make arrangements for you to tour the school.
