Financial Information

Thank you for your interest in Timothy Christian School. On behalf of the Finance Committee we would like to pass along some information regarding the finances of our school.

There are several fundamental issues running consistently through our constitution, admissions policy and also our financial policies. One is the family/community aspect. By joining our community, your family is saying you believe in the benefits of an education that involves your whole family and fits your family’s values. Because of this, we choose to maintain a family-based tuition rate, focusing not on paying education costs per child but rather on joining a community and financially supporting that community’s effort to create and maintain a Christian learning environment.

Another key issue is that you are investing in your child’s and your family’s Christian beliefs. An investment we believe can yield incalculable benefits.

Please note that we are a non profit organization receiving no government funding, but issue charitable donation receipts for a substantial portion of the tuition paid. The amount of the charitable donation receipt is dependent on the number of children you have in the school. You, as a parent can claim this portion on your yearly tax return.

Timothy Christian has instituted ways in which you can reduce your tuition such as our Voucher Incentive Program (VIP), as well as opportunities to help keep overall tuition costs down with Parents Involved in Timothy Christian (PITCH). We would be happy to explain these options to you.

There is a one-time administration fee for new families of $500.00. This fee may be waived or reduced in cases where you have been an active supporter of Christian education. Please note that you will receive a charitable donation receipt of 100% for this registration fee cost.
